  1. How can I change my address?

    To change your address, all you have to do is click on the "Your account" button, which will be displayed in the "Account" section above the search bar. A window named "Your customer area" will open.
    Click "Insert your main address". There is also the possibility to add an additional address. Click on the button "Your addresses".

  2. How do I order in the STILL.shop?

    Your order is initiated by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, you'll be able to navigate through the order form. If your order has been placed successfully, the following message will be displayed: "Thank you very much for your order."
    A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  3. Where do I redeem my voucher?

    You can redeem a voucher after you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart and view your order.
    On the first page of the order overview you will see a field called "A voucher". Enter your voucher code in the required field.

  4. What delivery options do you offer?

    Depending on the size of the product, we will deliver it by courier or by our own vehicle to your desired address in the UK. Alternatively, you can also order your used forklift truck from one of our used equipment centres.

  5. What are the shipping costs?

    All prices quoted in the shop are free of charge throughout the UK: Transport, packaging and Transport insurance is included. You'll receive your delivery quickly and reliably and free of shipping costs.

  6. What delivery time do I have to expect?

    For our products we will communicate an estimated delivery date and time. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we will contact you to look for an alternative solution. When your order has left one of our factories or warehouses, you will receive an e-mail with the exact delivery date.
    If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive more than one shipping email, each with the details of the individual delivery. Your goods can also be delivered to various locations. Please contact us if your delivery does not arrive within the specified time that was specified.

  7. Can I complain about a product?

  8. Can I have the products delivered abroad?

    Products that you have ordered via our shop can only be shipped in the UK and to UK locations.
