Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I order in the STILL.shop?

    Your order is initiated by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, you'll be able to navigate through the order form. If your order has been placed successfully, the following message will be displayed: "Thank you very much for your order."
    A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  2. Where do I redeem my voucher?

    You can redeem a voucher after you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart and view your order.
    On the first page of the order overview you will see a field called "A voucher". Enter your voucher code in the required field.

  3. How do I find what I'm looking for in the shop?

    The top navigation takes you to the desired sub categories. Here you'll have the option of filtering the relevant products. You can also sort the displayed products as you wish, e.g. according to relevance and according to the prices ascending or descending.
    Alternatively, you can use the search function if you know the product name.
    The search will return the relevant products where you'll have the possibility to filter and sort the results.

  4. I am a private person, can I shop in your online shop?

    Unfortunately not. We sell and deliver exclusively to companies and trades people who live and work in the UK.

  5. Can I also shop mobile in the STILL.shop?

    You can purchase the complete range and all functions via your mobile device. You
    do not need an app to shop in the STILL.shop. Your shopping experience with us is possible at any time.
    The top navigation on your smartphone and tablet changes to a so-called "burger" navigation menu. By clicking on it, you will find our entire product range, your watch list, your account and our service area. The filter navigation is also compressed. One click will open the filter options.

  6. How do I cancel an item or order?

    If your order status is still marked as "Open" you can send us a cancellation request.
    This works in the "My Account" area under "My Orders."
    Simply open the contact form via the link "Cancellation request" and set up
    a specific request for the cancellation of the order. We will check your request immediately and get in touch with you by e-mail or telephone.

  7. I have forgotten my password or user name, how can I log in?

    If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Login" in the menu.
    "Forgot username or password". You will be asked to enter your login email address in order to Reset your password. After you have sent the request, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  8. What happens after I have clicked on the button "Pay order"?

    Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation containing all your order details. Usually you will receive a second e-mail a couple of days later which will contain your official order confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
